Sublimation Printing involves transferring dye onto polyester or polymer-coated fabrics using heat and pressure. The dye turns into gas and permeates the fabric fibers, resulting in vivid, full-color designs that are permanent, soft to the touch, and resistant to cracking, peeling, or fading. Sublimation works best on light-colored, polyester-based t-shirts, and allows for complex, all-over prints, photo-quality images, and gradients.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing is a newer technique where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred onto t-shirts using heat. Unlike sublimation, DTF works on both cotton and polyester fabrics, making it versatile for a wide range of apparel. The prints are durable, flexible, and maintain bright colors even after multiple washes.
